Volunteer Pilot Information
Pilots (and their airplanes) are an intregal part of our
event!
Pilots are needed from 9:30am to 4:00pm the day of the
event. There will be a thank you BBQ for the pilots and
volunteers following the event.
All pilots must have a current medical and be current to carry
passengers. All aircraft must have a current
airworthiness certificate.
Pilots will be contacted prior to the event with a flight
breifing.
Please be sure that you are familiar with the local area, we
are close to both P40 and the DC SFRA. We would love to
see a fighter plane at the event, however we would hate to see
you and your new passengers escorted by one!
As a thanks, you are invited to a BBQ sponsored by Aviation Insurance Resources,
following the event. Your name will also be entered into
a drawing to win more great prizes from Women
of Aviation Week Worldwide!
